Deadline reports Sony has acquired the feature “package” Hollow, a film adaptation of Lindsey Anderson Beer‘s novel retelling The Legend of Sleepy Hollow as a supernatural love triangle. Sydney Sweeney is attached to star as Katrina van Tassel, with author Beer returning to both write and direct.
According to a new listing from Production Weekly, Jennifer’s Body 2 will begin filming this October in Vancouver with Karyn Kusama attached to direct.
Meanwhile, insider Jeff Snieder alleges (via World of Reel) that actor Harris Dickinson has “officially withdrawn his name from consideration” for the role of the next 007.
Relatedly, Matt Damon confirmed he’s working with director Edward Berger on a new Jason Bourne film during his recent appearance on The Rich Eisen Show.
